Once a person becomes a member via one of the above subscriptions they should private message us on our Facebook page, or alternatively email mrrcgarrison@gmail.com to arrange an induction.

Access to our gym is via a fingerprint system which will be done as part of the induction process.

Gym members will be required to complete a Gym Health Questionnaire form (included below for reference) as part of the induction and agree to the rules and regulations of the gym.
